***The price is based on booking a round trip ride from Lantau Island to Macau. Actual prices vary depending on the pick-up/drop-off area in Hong Kong.

Terms & Conditions:
1. The discount is applicable to reservation date and service date during the period of 2025/01/01 – 2025/04/30 only.
2. The 10% discount is only applicable to basic fares. It does not apply to other additional charges such as additional pick-up/drop-off points, waiting fees and other charges other than the basic fare.
3. Only Toyota Alphard or Vellfire models are available. Each car is limited to 6 people, and infants and toddlers are counted as 1 passenger.
4. The basic fare includes tunnel tolls, bridge tolls, parking lot fees, car rental fees, driver service fees, and gasoline fees.
5. The basic fare does not include additional drop off points along the way (could be negotiate separately) | Waiting fee (free waiting for 15 minutes for airport drop-off, free waiting for 60 minutes for pick-up at the airport. Overtime is HKD150 for every 15 minutes).
6. If the service start time is between 23:00-06:59, a 20% surcharge will be added for each trip.
7. If the day of use is a mandatory holiday in Macau (https://bit.ly/3rztL18), a 20% surcharge will be charged for each trip.
8. All reservations are non-refundable.

1.⁠ ⁠For all rental under '3-day special', it must be a rental with at least 3 consecutive days. The pick-up time must be in between 12:00 - 17:30 (Except 12:30 - 14:30) and the returning time must be in 09:00 - 12:00 on our business days.
2.⁠ ⁠For late returning, an overtime charge equivalent to 20% of daily rate per hour or 1 extra daily rental fee will be applicable, whichever is lower.
3.⁠ ⁠As we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays, for pick-ups on Thursdays under '3-day rental', the latest possible returning time should be on or before 17:30 on Saturday.
4.⁠ ⁠For pick-ups on Fridays under '3-day rental' (equals the previous 'Weekend Special'), guest could choose (A) or (B) . Please note that there will be no partial refund for early returning, and the returning could be arranged at the Kwun Tong Office only.
5.⁠ ⁠There will be no pick-up or returning during Public Holidays available. An extension based on daily rate until the closest working day will be required if the returning day falls into a Public Holiday.

For Airport Transfers, our waiting time is 60 minutes. After the 60 minutes waiting time. A HKD 150 waiting fees will be charged in every 15 minutes. If waiting time exceeds 120 mins after the arrival time, this could be considered as a NO-SHOW and the service vehicle would leave without refund.
For all other pick up locations other than airports, the waiting time will be 15 mins. A HKD 150 waiting fees will be charged in every 15 minutes. If waiting time exceeds 60 mins after the booking time, this could be considered as a NO-SHOW and the service vehicle would leave without refund.
Extra 20% surcharge will be applied for cross border service between 23:00-06:59.
Extra 20% surcharge will be applied on Macau Mandatory Holiday.
All bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, any requests for rescheduling must be made during office hours with at least TWO working days prior to the scheduled pick-up time. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

About Vang Iek

Vang Iek was established since 1935 and has been operating in Macau for over 80 years. Over the past eight decades, Vang Iek has sucessfully transformed from a transport fleet of two trucks into a remarkable conglomerate offering a wide range of business lines.

In 1964, Vang Iek became the exclusive dealer of Mazda and has managed to possess a strong market position in the automobile sector ever since then. In 1978, Vang Iek was the first car distributor in Macau to successfully break into the Chinese market after its economic reform.

Besides, Vang Iek constructed a 120,000 square feet service centre in Macau in order to improve the quality of our after-sales service and to maintain a high level of commitment to our customers. It is certainly the best equipped and most efficient service centre in Macau enabling us to achieve our quality service recognition. In 2004, it became the first service centre to be awarded the ISO 9001 certificate.

Riding on the wave of opportunity in the rapid growing Macau tourism industry after the handover, In 2008, Vang Iek acquired the vehicle rental operating license from the Macau Tourism Authority and Vang Iek Rent-A-Car Service Co. Ltd (VIRAC), was established in Macau. VIRAC provides one stop transportation solutions that includes vehicle rental, premium limo services and customized corporate car services.

In 2012, Vang Iek became the official distributor of Mazda Hong Kong. To cope with the increased demand for the after-sales services, Vang Iek has constructed a new customer service centre in Kwai Chung in 2016 to enhance the quality of our after-sales services. At the same year, it became the designated Car Testing Centre approved by Hong Kong Transport Department.

In 2018, Vang Iek expands its successful hire car operation into Hong Kong providing various vehicle rental solution to the city.
